Full Coordination
Partial Coordination
OTD Coordination
This is the most recommended and most availed service from our team mainly because we connect with suppliers we have already worked with in the past and we are sure of the quality of their services.
This service covers conceptualizing to execution.
Other than this, we also provide a full checklist from beginning to end, payment tracker, and other collaterals you may need as we plan your day.
We have also included in this package your invitation layout, digital/website invitation, monogram, Instagram filter, and more!
With Full Coordination, you won't have to go through the stress of which suppliers to book, who to trust, what kind of event to have or where to even start.
Partial Coordination is for you if you're the type of client who wants to be hands-on but still want more knowledge about other suppliers you can book. The clients have usually already booked their major suppliers such as their venue, caterer, photo & video team, lights & sounds. and hair & makeup.
With this service, we still curate a package for you with minor suppliers + On The Day Coordination.
On-the-Day Coordination is the perfect service to avail if you have got every aspect covered already.
The Kallisti team will be there to make sure that the suppliers are in sync on the day of the event and that everything will go smoothly as you take your seat, prep, and savor the special day.
